Mock CASC Exam - Sheffield

As a culmination to the Oxford Psych Course CASC Preparation training weekends, we run a series of mock CASC exams at the Don Valley stadium in Sheffield, in the same building where the real CASC takes place about 10 days later. The Oxford Psych Course mock exam aims to simulate real CASC exam conditions using the experience of Royal College examiners and CASC actors, both of whom will be in the Royal College exams the following week.

Each candidate will be able to perform two circuits, one of paired and one of single stations, undertaking a range of scenarios based on previous CASC exams. The examiners will provide feedback on the performance of candidates under exam conditions, which can help inform any final preparations.

Taking part in a mock exam has proved to be a extremely helpful in reducing anxiety and building confidence prior to the CASC itself.
